出国带药，需要翻译诊断证明和处方笺（药单），这里面有两个问题：
1，医院只给开具1个月的药量，但我想带一年的药量，
2，我在国外买药，使用国内的医院开具的诊断证明和药单是否可以。
这两种都有解决的办法：
1，解决办法为，多找一些不同的医院开具药单，互联网医院，网上药店买药，
2，国外医院买药，认可经过有资质的翻译机构翻译的正规医院开具的医疗诊断证明和药单，要包含翻译资质的认定，医院的公章和医生的签名。
