入境带药需要什么手续？

1.根据《药品进口管理办法》(国家食品药品监督管理局令第4号)，进出境人员随身携带的个人自用的少量药品，应当以自用、合理数量为限，并接受海关监管。

2.根据国务院令第666号《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》（2016修订）规定及海关相关规定，

（1）因治疗疾病需要，个人凭医疗机构出具的医疗诊断书、本人身份证明，可以携带单张处方最大用量以内的麻醉药品和第一类精神药品；携带麻醉药品和第一类精神药品出入境的，由海关根据自用、合理的原则放行。参照卫生部《麻醉药品、精神药品处方管理规定》有关规定，一般麻醉药品、第一类精神药品注射剂处方为一次用量，其他制剂型处方不得超过3日用量，控缓释剂不超过7日用量；第二类精神药品比照对第一类精神药品的管理规定执行；第二类精神药品处方一般不得超过7日用量，对于某些特殊情况，处方用量可适当延长，但医师应注明理由。

（2）医务人员为了医疗需要携带少量麻醉药品和精神药品进出境的，应当持有省级以上人民政府药品监督管理部门发放的携带麻醉药品和精神药品证明。海关凭携带麻醉药品和精神药品证明放行。
