中西方酒文化的翻译

　　中西方不同的酒文化为翻译带来了一定的障碍，因此翻译公司的译者应将音译、直译、意 译及解释性翻译等多种翻译方法进行综合运用，从而将酒文化的深层含义准确传递 出来。
　　一、音译。
　　我和平儿说了，已经抬了一坛好绍兴酒藏在那边了。我们八个人单替你过生日。

If I am drinking tonight you mustn't let anyone stop me-I mean to drink my fill. At home, in the old days, I used to be able to drink two or three catties of good Huiquan wine, but after I learned this wretched singing they said drinking might spoil my voice, so for the last few years I haven't so much as smelt a whiff of wine. I shall take the chance today to break my fast. ”

　　二、直译。例如：
　　当下吃了早饭，韦四大爷就叫把这坛酒拿出来，兑上十斤新酒，就叫烧许多红 炭，堆在拉花树边，把酒坛顿在炭上。过一顿饭时，渐渐热了。张俊民领着小厮，自 己动手把六扇窗格尽行下了，把桌子抬到檐内。大家坐下，又备的一席新鲜菜。杜 少卿叫小厮拿出一个金杯子来，又是四个玉杯，坛子里舀出酒来吃。韦四太爷捧着金 杯，吃一杯，赞一杯，说道：“好酒！ ”吃了半日。王胡子领着四个小厮，抬到一个 箱子来。

　　When they had breakfast. Mr. Wei brought out the wine and added ten catties of new wine to it, then ordered the servants to light plenty of char-coal and pile it when it was red by the cassia trees, setting the jar of wine on top. After the time it takes for a meal, the wine was hot. Chang Chun-min helped the servant take down the six window frames and move the table to under the eaves. They then took seats, and fresh dishes were served. ^Tu Shao- ching called for one gold and four jade cups, which filled by dipping them into the wine. Mr. Wei had the gold cup, and after each drink exclaimed： “Marvellous! ” They had feasted for some time when Whiskers Wang led in four servants carrying a chest.
