　　一、more than(以下各句表示程度的加强）
　　(1)1 am wiser than to believe it.
　　我还不至于傻到相信这种事。
　　(2)The beautiful scene of Mount Tai will more than excite you.
　　泰山的美景将使你异常激动。
　　二、more…than.(该结构除了在两个形容词或名词词组之间进行比较，翻译公司的译者可译为 “比……多……”“超过”外，还可以替代rather…than译为“与其说……不如说”在英语more…than.的结构中，往往肯定than前面的部分，而在汉语“与其说……不如说……”的结构中，往往肯定后面的“不如说”，因此专业翻译公司的原子核在翻译时than前后部分应互换位置。）

　　八、what + be +比较级结构（这种结构通常作插入语成分，表示后者比前者“更”，其中，北京翻译公司的译者常用的比较级形容词有 more，worse，better，rarer，happier，odder，more important等，有时候比较级前还加上even，still, much等副词来加强语气。 另外，为了使语言简练，有时将what is省略。）
