这两种都有解决的办法：

1，解决办法为，多找一些不同的医院开具药单，互联网医院，网上药店买药，社区医院，都可以。

2，国外药店买药，认可经过有资质的翻译机构翻译的正规医院开具的医疗诊断证明和药单，要包含翻译资质的认定，医院的公章和医生的签名。
